Shipping & Returns

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Please note that most products are in stock, however, some items are made to order and are available to ship in 3-4 weeks.

Please e-mail customer service with any availability requests prior to placing orders. We will get back to you within 24 hours with availability and estimated time of shipping.

SHIPPING:

We use regular standard shipping which can take up to 5-7 business days.

If you require expedited shipping, please indicate so in your order so we can accommodate your request.

If you are shipping within the United States of America, sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to New York State and California.

RETURNS:

We are pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date you received your order. Returns can be refunded as Site Credit or to the original method of payment. Items must be shipped at customer’s expense and we suggest using shipping methods with tracking information.

Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, Estee Mila hangtags attached to the product. Every item must be unused and in original condition.

Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by EM Jewelry.
